"Invisible Worlds" - Premieres Sunday, June 16 at 9 p.m. ET/PT We rely on our vision for up to 80 percent of the information we take in, and yet there are "Invisible Worlds" around us, hidden in plain sight. Host Bruce Campbell takes us on a wild trip into the unseen where we meet Vic Invades, a New York photographer and urban explorer, who climbs skyscrapers to walk in the clouds - and capture a bird's eye view of the city.

We followed urban explorers around New York City on one of their climbs. What you are about to see is illegal and extremely dangerous. Do not attempt.

For "urban explorers" like 25-year-old Victor Thomas, the New York City skyline is a playground and climbing is high art. These daredevils scale bridges, skyscrapers and construction sites to capture breathtaking photos for fun -- and profit. Tony Dokoupil brings us their dizzying adventures for "CBSN: On Assignment."
Tony Dokoupil went inside the world of "Rooftoppers" as they climbed to dazzling heights for spectacular shots in this week's "CBSN: On Assignment." Dokoupil details the ups and downs of the lifestyle for "CBSN: After the Assignment."

Bio: There was a point in time where I wasn’t the Vic.Invades you know today. I thought my fate was sealed. Especially without a college degree or any inside know how to function in the outside world. All I was left with was, what I had to learn on my own. The popular thing to do was either get a 9/5 or join the military. That was out the picture because I’d be giving up my freedom and sacrificing my sanity. I was an artist and wanted to find ways to live through my dreams. Allow others vicariously experience what I’d be doing as an example for them, to get up and do something special. If not for anyone else, themselves. Social media and organizations like blu’s @pledgeworld have allowed me to experience the world in a whole new way. They reached out, offered me a partnership and asked me if I wanted to make a pledge. Asking if there’s anything I’ve longed to do that I wasn’t able to just do on my own accord. I made the suggestion of going paragliding in the west to further improve/ enhance my photography from amazing heights and they agreed to make it happen. This was a whole new experience because it’s something I’ve never done before. This completely took me out of my comfort zone as a city kid, photographer and explorer. If you’d like to make your pledge/ have a similar experience just click the link in my bio. Thank you !

Attitude isn't something you can buy. If you've got it, you own it. It's an effortless sense of self defined by where you've been, who you know, and what you've experienced. It's as much about the walk or the hairstyle as it is about the feeling.
